Terms of service

Last updated 23 September 2026

1. Who we are

AnyMake (anymake.dev) is run by Ivan Yanez, a sole trader established in Ireland ("we"). Contact: support@anymake.dev. By using AnyMake you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

2. The service

AnyMake makes images and videos from your prompts and uploads with AI models from third-party providers, and picks a model for you. Results are made by AI: they can be wrong, odd or unlike what you asked for. We do not promise that a given model or provider stays available.

3. Credits

4. Plans

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AnyMake to make, upload or share:

Do not try to get around the demo limits, resell access without our written permission, or attack the service. Providers also enforce their own content rules and can refuse a prompt. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; unused credits bought by that account are then refunded unless the account was used for fraud.

7. Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. You tell us you have the right to use them, including the consent of anyone shown. As far as we are concerned, you own the results you make, subject to the providers' terms and to the law, which in some countries does not protect purely AI-made works. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show your content to run the service. Clips made with the free demo are public, as the home page says.

8. Liability

We provide AnyMake as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We refund unused credits under section 5 and delete your data as the privacy policy says.

10. Changes and law

We can change these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a change that affects what you pay or what you can do. These terms follow the law of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
